1. What's a Dehumidifying Masterbatch?
The humidity contained in the materials such as the recycled resins, hydrophilic resins, inorganic fillers (CaCO3, talc, clay, ceramic), carbon, glass fiber and/or other natural materials (wood powder, flour) is evaporated due to high pressure and temperature during the manufacturing process, and this causes serious quality troubles due to the generation of bubbles on the surface of the products even if dry them sufficiently prior to the production.
Dehumidifying Masterbatch removes the humidity contained in such materials as above effectively in a small quantity.
2. Caution in Use
This masterbatch is not recommended to use for transparent products.
In case of the recycled resins, the humidity on the surface of the resin can be removed through drying process.
As it is impossible to remove the humidity contained in the resins through drying process only, it is quite effective to remove the humidity in a small quantity of Dehumidifying Masterbatch.
3. Toxicity
It is possible to use this masterbatch for food containers.
This masterbatch does not affect on the properties of printing and sealing.
4. Others
This dehumidifying masterbatch does not affect on the properties of printing and sealing.
