1. Brief Introduction
FineCell masterbatch makes very fine cells when extruded through a foam process. The smaller cell size, the more elegant appearance, the more elaticity of the foam sheet and the higher heat insulation. In addition, as FineCell masterbatch is made of very fine particle of mineral, its heat resistance is also very good.
Fine cell makes the color of foamed products look very clear because it reflects the sunlight evenly.

3. Advantage of Masterbatch in Use
- Excellent dispersion because the additives have already been dispersed in the same resin as the one used by client
- Convenient to use because the appearance of masterbatch is similar to that of the resin
- More precise control of feeding quantity is possible compared to the direct feeding of additive
4. Features & Advantages of FineCell Masterbatch
- Elegant Appearance
- Increase of Elaticity
- Improvement of Heat Insulation
- Good Heat Resistance
- Clear Color
