1. Brief Introduction

When the products are formed by either film blow molding or injection molding, the surface of the products are scratched while the products released from guide rollers or molds are transported to the next process. These scratches decreases the value of the products. Especially the transparent PP or PET containers are easily scratched.

Our Scratchproof masterbacth minimizes the occurrence of scratch by making the surface of the products smooth which is helpful for reducing the friction coefficient of the surface.
