1. Brief Introduction

Plastic containers and/or films are widely used as packagings of foods/food materials. But the contents (especially foods) packed in the plastic containers and/or films are esily oxidized by the UV Rays transmitted through them when disclosed to the sunlight directly. UV Absorbing Masterbatch prevents the contents packed in the containers/films from being oxidized easily by absorbing the UV Rays selectively and blocking the photosynthesis accordingly even in transparent containers/films. This is helpful to prevent the contents from being spoiled or discolored.

1) Packagings for potatos, sweet potato and other foods/food materials : prevents the discoloring of the contents

2) Containers for beverage/mineral water : prevents the generation of deposit

3) Transparent PET containers : prevents the discoloring of the contents

4) Containers for fruits/juices : retards the destruction of the nutriments in the contents
