Surface Improving M/B

Surface Improving Masterbatch makes the surface of the products clean and smooth.

 

1. Brief Introduction

As the resins remained in the extruder are heat deteriorated when produce the product, it is difficult to clean them. Heat deterioraetd resins results in gells and carbide, which cause faults in quality. Surface Improving Masterbatch makes the surface of the product clean and reduces the deterioration of the product by eliminating the residues in the extruder.  

The factors influencing the quality of the products such as strips, scratches, spots, transparency or gloss generated in the final products when extrude films or sheets can be solved with Surface Improving Masterbatch.

 

The above mentioned factors are caused by the following cases;

 

- In case the mixing status is insufficient due to the superannuation of the machine.

- In case the flowability of melted resin is not smooth in the exturder. 

- In case of using the resins with either low density or strong viscosity.

- In case of using lots of inorganic substances.

- In case of blending the resins, of which compatibility is no good each other.

- In case the coating status of either screw or die is no good.

4. Cautions in Use

1) It is required to discuss with us in advance because the recipe of Surface Improving Masterbatch is variable subject to products, resins and uses.

2) Do not use Surface Improving Masterbatch more than the recommended dosage (Over dosage may influence the printing property and adhesion force badly)
