In case of olefin base systhetic resins, there is a limit in reducing the thickness of sheets or films due to a strength problem even it is a little different depending on the density of them. Strength Reinforcing Masterbatch contributes to the reduction of the production cost by improving the strength of them by 20~30%.  

2. Cautions in Use

- The recommended dosage of Strength Reinforcing Masterbatch is 20~30% in order to secure the effect of strength reinforcement.

- Strength Reinforcing Masterbatch is applicable to both sheets and injection molding products. But the drop of transparency should be considered prior to use.

- The specific gravity of the products treated with Strength Reinforcing Masterbatch is variable (It is possible to control it within a certain range).

3. Others

- No production cost increase for the use of Strength Reinforcing Masterbatch

- In case of PP injection molding with PP resin, the products treated with this masterbatch can be easily broken compared to normal products if use this masterbatch more than the recommended dosage of 20~30%. So, it is required to follow the recommended dosage of it.
