1. What's an Easy Peel?

Foods are packed in plastic/vinyl containers and then sealed with films by heating. Easy Peel is to make the sealed films peeled off from plastic/vinyl containers smoothly and uniformly when try to open the covers from the containers. There are diverse Easy Peel Resins depending on the kinds of resins composing the objects to seal.

3. How to produce Easy Peel Film

1) Easy Peel Films can be produced by 2~3 layers extruders

2) 100% Easy Peel Resin should be used in an Easy Peel layer (do not mix with other resins).

3) Composition of the Easy Peel Film layers

▶ In case of 3 layers film

4) The thickness of Easy Peel layer should be 15um in order to maintain the peeling strength evenly.

5) The recommended Working Temperatures for the production of Easy Peel Layer based on PE resin.

※ Above temperatures are for your reference only because they are variable subject to the screw design & other mechanical characteristics of each extruder.

6) As a curl phenomenon may occur in the side of Easy Peel layer when film work completed, it is recommended to make the side of Easy Peel layer head outside when work. But this should be decided in consideration of workability.

7) The transparency of Easy Peel film can be reduced compared to that of L. LLDPE films.

- Max loadable weight in a 20ft FCL & 40ft FCL is 12tons and 24tons respectively.

- Keep at cool & dry condition and avoid direct sunlight
