1. Brief Introduction

The tearing direction of film is decided by BUR (Blow-up Ratio) when produce the blown film.

If more elongation in MD direction, the film is torn in MD direction whereas if more elongation in TD direction,

the film is torn in TD direction.

In order to provide film with tearing in TD direction, it is required to make BUR bigger in TD direction

like producing HDPE films with small dies. In this case, as film tube is shaken a lot due to the wind

blown from air-ring, it is required to minimize the shaking of the tube by making jigs.

2. Featires & Advantages

Our Easy Tear compound consisting of the mixture made of several kinds of resins shows no fault which

may cause during the production of blown film and good elongation which makes the workability better.

In addition, it has a price competitiveness and can be kept for a long period of time without any change

in its physical properties.

3. How to Use

It is more favorable to produce in 3 layer film pricewise as well as qualitywise.

It's OK to produce Easy Peel 3 layer film at the same temperature as normal operating temperature.

But it is recommended to produce the film at a little lower temperature if possible because the

materials can be decomposed and may generate some smell if the temperature is higher.  

4. Packing & Storage

   - Storage : keep at cool and dry place, avoid the direct sunlight
